Snow's Orchard Guesthouse

Simon & Katherine made us feel most welcome. They were very informative about the local attractions & sites. The full-English was extremely tasty & they also cook a great vegetarian option with the added delight of spinach! The guest house is in a beautiful spot with views of the sea & distant hills. The room is spacious with every comfort provided. Porlock Weir & the village are within walking distance & very quaint & picturesque, but if you're coming back late remember to take a torch. All in all a we would highly recommend Snow's Orchard as a relaxing place to stay & unwind.

We arrived New Year’s Day 1/1/22 for a well deserved mini break for couple nights. The Guest House is lovely. We had the ‘blue’ room with gorgeous views. The room/bed was spotless and beautifully dressed/furnished. Breakfast was so freshly prepared and tasty. We enjoyed the fresh fruit salad & the sausages tasted lovely and peppery. Eggs were cooked to perfection. Ideal location to walk to Porlock Weir. We ate at The Castle Inn in town & The Ship (lower) down at Porlock Weir both excellent meals. Simon & Katharine were amazing hosts, “thank you” x

Great B&B in a quiet spot with stunning views. My dad and I stayed for one night whilst walking the SW coast path. Simon and Katharine were delightful hosts with lots of local knowledge. Rooms simply decorated and spotlessly clean, with a decent shower. Very quiet village location and comfy beds so slept well. Plenty of delicious breakfast options and they also offer packed lunches for walkers which was very handy. Many thanks, with best wishes from Ella & David
